Emcor Group (EME) said Monday that it has purchased Miller Electric for $865 million in cash.
The mechanical and electrical construction services company said it expects the acquisition to expand its services and footprint into high-growth sectors.
Emcor said Miller Electric is anticipated to report 2024 revenue of $805 million and adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization of $80 million.
The acquisition is expected to be "modestly accretive" to the company's 2025 earnings, Emcor added.
