Unusual Machines (UMAC) said Monday it has signed a binding agreement to buy Aloft Technologies in a deal almost all in stock that is valued at $14.5 million.
The deal is expected to close "in the coming months," Unusual Machines said.
Aloft provides drone airspace and fleet management tools in the US, the company said.
