Ubtech Robotics (HKG:9880) said certain directors and senior management personnel, including chairman Zhou Jian and chief executive officer Zhang Ju, increased their shareholding in the company by buying its H shares on Jan. 27.
A Sunday bourse filing also said that the company's senior management may increase its shareholding by up to 50 million yuan in the next 12 months.
