Yoma Strategic (SGX:Z59) allotted and issued 332,000 shares in the company's capital to its non-executive independent directors, pursuant to the vesting of shares under its performance share plan, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Friday.

The new shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the SGX on or about Feb. 5.

Following the issuance of these shares, the number of issued and paid-up shares in the capital of the company has increased to 2,388,836,260 shares.
