SATS' (SGX:S58) indirect wholly owned subsidiary, World Flight Services Holland, completed the acquisition of Menzies World Cargo (Amsterdam), according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

In a filing from Aug. 30, 2024, the company had entered into a signing protocol agreement with Menzies Aviation (Cargo) for the said acquisition for a nominal sum of 1 euro.

Shares of SATS were down over 1% in recent trading.
