Alpha DX (SGX:VVL) was granted further extension of time until March 9 by Singapore Exchange Regulation to publish its financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2022 and year ended Dec 31, 2023, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Monday.
The company has also been required to convene its annual general meeting for both years by March 9.
