Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT Completes 50% Acquisition of Marina East Water in H2 2024

Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT (SGX:CMOU) completed a 50% acquisition of Marina East Water during the second half of 2024, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.

In an earlier filing, the trust had entered into an agreement for the acquisition of a 50% interest in Marina East Water from Keppel (SGX:BN4).

Marina East Water owns the Keppel Marina East Desalination Plant that is valued at SG$323 million.

Following the acquisition, assets under the management of the trust will grow to about SG$9.0 billion.
