Cal-Maine Foods (CALM) said late Monday it acquired certain assets of Deal-Rite Feeds.
The acquired assets include, among others, two feed mills, storage facilities, related equipment, and retail feed sales business located in North Carolina, the company said.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
