Executive directors and other members of the senior management of China Travel International Investment Hong Kong's (HKG:0308) acquired an additional 1,320,000 ordinary shares in the company from the market between Jan. 15 and Jan. 23, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Of this, general manager and executive director Feng Gang and executive director Li Pengyu acquired 250,000 shares each.
