Macarthur Minerals (ASX:MIO) hired Nigel Jones, a key person under Redbeck Partners, to provide consultancy services, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Jones will assist the company in securing transactions, identifying potential counterparties, conducting due diligence, facilitating negotiations, and preparing and executing necessary agreements, the filing said.
Redbeck Partners will receive a monthly consultancy fee of AU$15,000, payable in shares of the company, subject to shareholder approval, per the filing.
