Fletcher Building (ASX:FBU, NZE:FBU) appointed Director Peter Crowley as chair, effective immediately, according to a Monday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.

Crowley's appointment follows the retirement of acting Chair Barbara Chapman, the filing said.
