Standard Chartered (HKG:2888) appointed Maria Ramos as its Group Chair effective after the lender's annual general meeting scheduled on May 8, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Ramos will succeed José Viñals, whose nine-year term will also end May 8.
