BeiGene (HKG:6160, SHA:688235) granted options to subscribe for 9,073 American depository shares to five of its employees on Jan. 24 at nil consideration, a Monday bourse filing said.

On the same day, the company also granted 99,670 restricted share units in American depository shares to 275 of its employees at nil consideration.

After this grant, the company will still have 82,054,088 underlying shares available for future grants under its 2016 share option and incentive plan.
