AmpliTech Group (AMPG) said Thursday it received an initial purchase order valued at over $500,000 for three different configurations of its 5G ORAN, or Open Radio Access Networks, radio.
Delivery is expected by Q2 of the company's current fiscal year, with follow-on orders anticipated in fiscal 2025, the company added.
AmpliTech shares were advancing nearly 9% in recent trading.
