Ford $(F)$: Shares in the automaker were lower in premarket trading after the automaker said deep losses in its electric-car business would weigh on profitability in 2025.
Arm $(ARM)$: The chip -design firm posted record quarterly sales due to artificial-intelligence chip buying, but its guidance disappointed investors. Shares fell premarket.
Eli Lilly $(LLY)$, Bristol-Myers Squibb $(BMY)$: The pharmaceuticals companies will both report earnings before the bell. Results are also slates from Hershey $(HSY)$ and videogame platform Roblox $(RBLX)$.
Amazon $(AMZN)$: The company's cloud-services business will be in focus in earnings due after the close, following disappointing results from Alphabet and Microsoft.
MicroStrategy $(MSTR.AU)$: The software company-turned-bitcoin investment vehicle is now simply called Strategy, as of Wednesday's earnings. The company posted its largest-ever increase in quarterly Bitcoin holdings, but revenue fell. Shares ticked up premarket.
Fannie Mae (FNMA) and Freddie Mac (FMCC): Scott Turner, the new head of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, said privatizing the mortgage-finance firms will be a priority.
