Native Mineral Resources Holdings (ASX:NMR) is planning an 18-hole diamond drilling program at the Blackjack gold project in Queensland, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
It plans to restart production at the project in the third quarter of 2025.
The firm brought in MEC Mining to review historical drilling at the project. The review indicated the presence of anomalous mineralization within 50 meters of the surface of the project.
Native Mineral's shares rose almost 8% in recent trading on Thursday and earlier hit their highest since March 2023.
