Mondelez International (MDLZ) shares were down 5.1% pre-bell Wednesday after the company overnight posted lower Q4 adjusted earnings.

Chipotle Mexican Grill (CMG) reported higher Q4 adjusted earnings and revenue late Tuesday. The company's shares fell 5.7% pre-bell Wednesday.

Stanley Black & Decker (SWK) shares were down 4.5% after it reported lower fiscal Q4 net sales.
