TA Corp. (SGX:PA3) appointed Chiang Yi Shin as chief financial officer, effective April 1, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.

Shin will initially serve as the chief financial officer designate before assuming the role on a permanent basis following the resignation of Tam Siew Kheong who will relinquish the role effective April 1, the filing added.
