Stanley Black & Decker (SWK) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $1.49 per diluted share, up from $0.92 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.27 in adjusted EPS.
Net sales for the quarter ended Dec. 28 were $3.72 billion, down from $3.74 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $3.58 billion.
The company said it expects fiscal 2025 adjusted EPS of about $5.25, plus or minus $0.50. Analysts polled by FactSet are looking for $5.37.
