SKY Perfect JSAT Holdings (TYO:9412) reported 2.6 million subscribers to its SKY PerfecTV! pay-TV service at the end of January, a decline of 16,131 from the prior month, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The main SKY PerfecTV! service saw a net drop of 10,242 users to 1.9 million, while the premium service fell by 5,889 to 649,703. The optical fiber-based re-transmission service added 7,681 subscribers, reaching 2.8 million households.
