ANZ Group Holdings (NZE:ANZ, ASX:ANZ) bought back 327,696 ordinary shares for AU$9.9 million, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
UBS Securities Australia and Macquarie Securities brokered the transaction, the filing said.
