Amdocs (DOX) reported fiscal Q1 non-GAAP earnings late Tuesday of $1.66 per diluted share, up from $1.56 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.64.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $1.11 billion, down from $1.25 billion a year earlier.

The company said it expects fiscal Q2 non-GAAP diluted EPS between $1.67 and $1.73 and revenue between $1.11 billion and $1.15 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect non-GAAP EPS of $1.71, and four analysts expect revenue of $1.12 billion.
