Spark New Zealand (ASX:SPK,NZE:SPK) said its unit, Spark Finance, has amended its revolving sustainability-linked loan facilities with Westpac New Zealand and MUFG Bank, replacing the gender representation target with a median gender pay gap target, according to a Friday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
The update aligns with the unit's recently extended facility with Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX:CBA), the filing said.
It also adheres to the 2023 Asia Pacific loan market association's sustainability-linked loan principles, verified by classification society Det Norske Veritas, the filing added.
Shares of the company fell nearly 1% in both Australia and New Zealand in recent Friday trade.
