DMC Mining (ASX:DMM) extended the closing date of its public offer of shares to May 8 from Feb. 7 due to delays in obtaining exploration licenses, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The critical metals explorer is seeking approval for its exploration licenses over the Firawa and Labe projects in Guinea. It expects to receive the permits "in the near term," per the filing.
The company plans to lodge a second supplementary prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission next week to extend the deadlines for satisfaction of the quotation and minimum subscription conditions under the Corporations Act, the filing said.
