N2OFF (NITO) said Friday it regained compliance with a Nasdaq listing requirement.
The company had fallen out of compliance with the stock exchange's minimum bid price requirement.
N2OFF was informed Thursday that its common stock maintained a closing bid price of $1 per share or higher for 10 consecutive business days, from Jan. 23 to Feb. 5, according to the filing.
