OneApex Completes Sale of 51% Stake in Two Units to Exit Financial Services Business

OneApex (SGX:5SY) compelted the disposal of a 51% stake each in its subsidiaries, OneApex Capital and OneApex Capital 1, to its former executive director Chiu Joon Sun, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

The total consideration for the proposed disposal was SG$400,000, which will be fully satisfied in cash.

The disposal is in line with the investment management company's plan to exit the financial services business, the filing said.
