NextEd Group (ASX:NXD) Chief Financial Officer Michael Fahey and Chair Cass O'Connor are set retire, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
O'Connor will depart on March 3 and will be succeeded by Sandra Hook, who chairs the nominations and remuneration committee, the filing said.
Fahey will remain with the company until the end of April. A search for his successor is underway, per the filing.
The private education provider's earnings report is slated for release on Feb. 26.
NextEd's shares were up 4% in recent trade.
