Accrelit's (SGX:QZG) subsidiary, We Total Engineering, and Mclean Technologies (KLSE:MCLEAN) mutually agreed to extend the conditional period for the proposal disposal of We Total Engineering's plastic business to the latter for from Feb. 7 to March 7.
All other terms of the agreement remain unchanged, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Wednesday.
Earlier, We Total Engineering had entered into an agreement with Mclean Technologies for the disposal of its plastic business for around 6.0 million ringgit, according to an earlier filing on Oct. 8.
