China Suntien Green Energy (HKG:0956, SHA:600956) agreed to provide a loan of up to 2.5 billion yuan to Caofeidian Suntien Liquefied Natural Gas, a connected subsidiary, a Friday bourse filing said.
The maximum term of the loan is five years, and the funds will be sourced from the proceeds of Suntien Green Energy's bond offering.
The company expects the loan interest to be between 2% and 3%.
