Arrow Minerals (ASX:AMD) issued over 156 million ordinary shares in line with its capital raise, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The issue includes 153.5 million shares at AU$0.038 apiece to raise AU$5.8 million.

The company also issued 2.5 million shares upon exercise of zero exercise price options expiring March 5, 2027, per the filing.

Following the transaction, the company now has over 817.2 million shares in circulation.
