Fortinet said Christiane Ohlgart will be its next chief financial officer, succeeding Keith Jensen, who is retiring.
Jensen, 66 years old, plans to retire May 15, after about a decade at Fortinet. At that time, Ohlgart, 57, will take over the finance chief role, the cybersecurity company said Thursday in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Fortinet said Jensen will continue to provide service to the company through June 30 to support a smooth transition
Ohlgart has served as chief accounting officer since March. Previously, she was chief financial officer of IGEL technology for about three years and has also worked for medical and cloud-based technology companies.
In 2023, Jensen made about $7.1 million in total compensation with a base salary of $506,000, according to a separate filing. Changes to Ohlgart's compensation have not yet been determined, Fortinet said.
