Accenture (ACN) said Friday that it has agreed to acquire Staufen, a management consulting firm based in Germany, and certain Staufen units.

Transaction terms were not disclosed, but the company said the acquisition remains subject to customary closing conditions.

Accenture said the Staufen team will become a part of its supply chain and operations practice following the acquisition.
