Flexiroam (ASX:FRX) raised nearly AU$3.7 million following the completion of its non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The telecommunications company received valid applications for almost 731.8 million new shares. This includes founder and interim Chief Executive Jef Ong's investment of AU$908,027 as the offer's partial underwriter.
The company had originally sought AU$3.9 million.
New shares will start trading on the Australian Securities Exchange on Friday.
