Specialty pharmacy company Acrux (ASX:ACR) disclosed Chief Executive Officer Michael Kotsanis' plan to retire after over a decade in the role, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

Kotsanis will remain as CEO until a successor is appointed, the filing said.
