Southern Score Builders (KLSE:SSB8) formed a new unit dubbed Southern Score Digital.
The new unit has an issued share capital of 100 ringgit, comprising 100 shares, according to a Thursday Malaysian bourse filing.
Southern Score Digitalwill provide digital engineering advisory services, construction advisory services, buildings information modelling services and any business activity, it said.
