VCPlus (SGX:43E) has issued 370 million new shares at SG$0.003 each following the exercise of a call option, increasing its total share count to 5.37 billion, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The shares, which rank equally with existing stock, are expected to begin trading on the Singapore Exchange on Feb. 10.
