Mapletree Industrial Trust (SGX:ME8U) issued 758,874 new units at SG$2.2003 each to its manager as base fee payment, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The issuance covers fees for 29 US data centers acquired in 2021 and a Japan facility added in 2023. The manager now holds 30.40 million units in the company, while total outstanding units stands at 2.85 billion.
