Parkway Life Industrial REIT's (SGX:C2PU) distribution per unit declined to SG$0.0738 in the second half of 2024 from SG$0.0748 a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
Amount available for distribution to unitholders rose 2.3% to SG$92.4 million from SG$89.3 million in the comparable period.
Net property income declined 1.1% to SG$68.2 million from SG$69.0 million a year earlier.
Gross revenue was down 0.3% year over year to SG$72.8 million from SG$73.1 million, largely due to the depreciation of the Japanese yen.
