LKQ (LKQ) shares were up nearly 2% in recent trading Thursday after the company entered a cooperation agreement with investors Ancora Catalyst Institutional, Engine Capital and their affiliates.
As a result of the agreement, the company named Sue Gove and Michael Powell its board members, starting immediately, and formed a finance committee to advise on its capital allocation and business portfolio.
Gove and Powell will be part of the finance committee.
