Frasers Property Names New Chairman

Frasers Property (SGX:TQ5) appointed Chumpol NaLamlieng as its new chairman, succeeding Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi, who will retire and be honored as chairman emeritus, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The company also appointed Nithinart Sinthudeacha as a non-executive and independent director, while Tan Pheng Hock will step down from the board and the Sustainability and Risk Management Committee (SRMC). Sinthudeacha will take Tan's place on the SRMC.

The changes took effect Feb. 8.
