United Company Rusal's (HKG:0486) member, Taishet-Energy, agreed to procure heat energy from Baikalenergo, an associate of En+ Group, for the group's production process and its facilities, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Under the contract, the member will procure water steam from the supplier for the current year, lasting until Dec. 31, 2025, at an estimated consideration of $74,740.

As the group is procuring heat supply under certain previous contracts as well, the total annual consideration payable by the group for the new heat supply and previous heat supply contracts is $11.9 million for 2025.
