LA MOLINA, Bermuda (AP) — LA MOLINA, Bermuda (AP) — Credicorp Ltd. (BAP) on Monday reported fourth-quarter net income of $300.1 million.

The bank, based in La Molina, Bermuda, said it had earnings of $3.76 per share.

The results did not meet Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $4.37 per share.

The Peruvian finance company posted revenue of $1.78 billion in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $1.41 billion, which topped Street forecasts.

For the year, the company reported profit of $1.47 billion, or $18.39 per share. Revenue was reported as $5.47 billion.

Credicorp shares have increased almost 4% since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen 20% in the last 12 months.
