0404 GMT - ISOTeam's artificial-intelligence drone-painting solution could be a game-changer for the industry, Maybank Research's Jarick Seet says in a research report. ISOTeam is the only contractor with this solution in Singapore, which might lower costs by 30%-40%, the analyst says. This may put the company in a much better position in terms of technology and lower labor usage and costs, the analyst adds. FY 2025 could be inflection point for ISOTeam's profitability and expected launch of its AI drone-painting solution on a Housing & Development Board site in April. The brokerage initiates coverage of the stock with a buy rating and a target price of S$0.090. Shares are 3.1% lower at S$0.063. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
