Hong Kong Qianfan Technology teamed up with Baidu (HKG:9888) to integrate Chinese AI model DeepSeek in its system, The Standard reported Wednesday.

The DeepSeek-R1 and DeepSeek-V3 models have been integrated into the Baidu AI Cloud Qianfan Model Builder, according to the report.

DeepSeek-R1 costs 2 yuan per million tokens input and 8 yuan per million tokens for output, while DeepSeek-V3 costs 0.80 yuan per one million tokens input and 1.60 yuan per million tokens for output, the report said.

The builder speeds up financial data analysis by 40%, the report said, citing Qianfan Chief Technology Officer Jonas Lin.
