McKinsey & Company says it will promote a “diverse meritocracy” to comply with the Trump administration’s crackdown on DEI programs while reassuring its workforce that the way it hires and promotes staff won’t change.
Some of the consulting giant’s biggest rivals like Accenture, along with major American companies like Google, have ditched these programs to comply with new rules for firms working with the US government.
