China Zenith Chemical Group's (HKG:0362) subsidiary Heihe Longjiang Chemical will "actively resume" overall production following the stabilization of calcium carbide's sale price in the recovering market, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
The decision came as the new regulatory policies enabled Heihe Longjiang to secure loans for working capital.
The company expects its subsidiary to achieve an output value of over 300 million yuan following resumption of production at 100%.
