Coolpad Group (HKG:2369) recorded a net loss attributable to owners of HK$90.2 million in the six months ended June 30, 2024, 23% narrower than HK$117.1 million logged for the corresponding period in the preceding year, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.

Loss per share stood at HK$0.0055 for the reporting period, compared with HK$0.0086 recorded for the year-ago period.

The telecommunications equipment company's revenue for the six months under review was HK$252.3 million, 47% higher than HK$171.5 million booked a year ago, attributable to the group's new engagement in cryptocurrencies business in the second half of 2023.
