Evolution Mining (ASX:EVN) said its Executive Chair Jake Klein will transition to the role of non-executive chair, effective July 1, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Klein will be paid a fee of AU$525,000 for his role and will also receive up to AU$200,000 per year for his work in the Mt Rawdon Pumped Hydro project, the filing said.
