Telus International (TIXT) said Tuesday it is setting up a digital research hub at the University of Sao Paulo in Brazil with a $1 million investment over three years to support artificial intelligence research in customer experience applications.
The company said the research hub, based within the university's Center for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, will focus on AI-driven customer experience products.
The project will fund grants, fellowships, and research projects, including support for undergraduate and postdoctoral researchers, as well as visiting scholars, Telus said.
