TYK Medicines (HKG:2410) said the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong approved the listing of the company's 173,641,645 H shares on the exchange on Monday, a same-day bourse filing said.

The said H shares are to be converted from the same number of unlisted shares held by 25 company shareholders. The exchange also granted permission to deal in the converted H shares to the company.

The company had applied to the Exchange for the conversion and listing of the said shares on Sept. 13, 2024.
